Forbi Moulding Machine

Forbi moulding machine with sheeter is a machine that solves the problem of small bakeries where space is limited. It is made with duralumin and steel; the 500 or 600 mm long rollers are chromium-plated and ground to size.

It's elegant and it comes with two very resistant and long-lasting sleeve felts. It is mounted on four castors and comes complete with a mechanism for return of the rolled up pieces.

With the machine in motion it is possible to switch from the process of moulding to that of shaping by activating a special control located at the front part of the machine.

On request all the machine or some parts may be in stainless steel.
The machine complies with the latest CE regulations.

LONG LOAF MOULDER
FEB 700

Feb 700 is a long loaf moulder machine particularly suitable for baguette, the "French” type bread, designed to produce pieces from 50 g to 1000 g and up to 70 cm length.

Versatile and compact, the machine has an hourly production of 1800 pieces. The adjustable pressing cylinders allow obtaining the desired lamination of the dough. The hopper and the collection bench are positioned frontally and easily accessible.

The machine is mounted on wheels for easy transport. Two removable side covers facilitate the access to the different free parts of the machine for easy cleaning and inspection.
