Kook-E-King Pressure Feed Hopper

The Pressure Feed Hopper option may be added to the Automatic or Airstroke Kook-E-King®.

This hopper helps you deposit crumbly, gourmet, high shortening content, high butter content and high oil content cookie doughs. It also helps you deposit biscotti.

• 40 lbs. of pressure activates a plate that moves the dough through the rollers.
• The pressure plate easily swings out of the way to fill the hopper.

• Holds 95 lbs. of dough in the hopper.

• All other Kook-E-King® functions remain the same.

• Easy to remove and clean.

• Requires 3 cfm @ 80 psi compressed air.

• This option must be installed at the factory.

• Adds only 100 lbs. to the shipping weight.
